Thad Connally invited coaching and business development leader, Tyrone "Ty" Bello to talk to our club today about dealing with Generation X & Y. At the end of his dynamic presentation Ty invited Shaun Ayres to hop on his back. Ty is a baby boomer and had discussed the steps that boomers needed to take in order to work successfully with Shaun's generation (X) and even those younger called generation Y.
Ty lives in Ft. Wayne, Indiana but grew up in Yonkers, NY. His business is called Team@Work LLC.
It was also noted in our meeting that yesterday was Leroy Underwood's 96th birthday. Happy Birthday Leroy!
